The swing trainer is really great for feeling your swing. Especially since you can't see your swing once it passes your leg. It really helps you feel when you pull your swing down instead of letting gravity do it. But to really get the full benefit of this tool you need to stand in front of a mirror and see the direction of your swing. You will be surprised how much your swing goes behind your back or away from your head. The power trainer actually works better for swing direction. I highly recommend it. Both tools really helped my swing.

We are finding these items very handy in maintaining our shoulder active and be ready to Bowl & ROLL once the lanes are allowed to re-open. Huge advantage for those in the super senior age bracket.

Got the swing trainer; I thought it was too easy and too simple. I've been struggling with pulling down from the top. Used to bowl well, but averaging 165 recently. Started the league with a hambone, and had one in each game today, for a 197 average. I wish I had this during the 2-3 years I've been fighting it. Swing is loose, ball speed up 2 1/2 mph with less effort. Balance is also more solid. Swing trainer keeps the ball close to the slide leg. It's a must-have!

With instant feedback, you'll immediately begin to 'feel' your swing. As an adult bowler who is new, I find it challenging to implement instruction on how the swing should feel, or having a loose swing...this totally helps give that feel without having to roll the ball, that a coach is trying to instill with words. If you want to practice with determination, then pick one of these up and begin using it to hone in on the feel of how that swing should be.

I love this tool, it really gives you a feel of how you let gravity take the weight of the ball down naturally VS pulling it down.

This review is early but needless to say I'm impressed enough to give it five stars already. I practice with the swing trainer constantly and I adhere to the advise given in all the eileenbowlingbuddy.com videos on YouTube. I'm starting to tell other bowlers about this product.

Great tool for helping you feel what its like to wait on the ball in the backswing. Also great for helping you develop a straight arm swing.

I took a bowling lesson from a Gold Coach on 7/5, she helped me understand that I need to work on getting a free pendulum swing. I've just come back from bowling after a 13 year layoff, and my swing was suffering. I ordered a Swing trainer the next day. So I worked on my swing for 3 days before my next league games with the Swing Trainer XL. I was a 190ish bowler before my 13 year layoff, so not too shabby, but never put it all together. That changed that league day, I shot my first 300 game. 1 week after first lesson, and 3 days of using the Swing Trainer XL! Wow. I'm still blown away what a free swing can do for you! I've still got a ways to go, but I'll be doing it with the Swing Trainer for sure!

I've only had it a few weeks but I can feel the difference.
It's training the proper muscles I'm getting a freer release.

I have trained with this for a week (got it a week ago) and can already see the difference in my bowling average. Love it!

I've only used the swing trainer a few times since receiving it, but while using it and looking in the mirror, using my finishing position, I can really see and feel when I'm doing the right and wrong kind of swing. I would recommend this tool to anybody who likes to practice their swing with a bowling ball, without releasing it. This product makes it much safer to practice your swing without fear of damaging your furniture!

I coach a youth league and I used it this last Saturday and had a great response from everyone. But it has really helped me out because I have a bad habit of going around my body to release my ball and this tool has corrected it. Worth every penny that I paid for it.

Do you chicken wing the ball? Those of us that do this understand exactly what that question means? This is one area I needed some help with. When a friend of mine told me about Eileen's Bowling Buddy and a couple items he'd purchased from them at the tournament in Houston, TX, I decided to check out their website. When I saw the swing trainer I immediately ordered it. Once I received it I started practicing with it. I can tell the difference the practice has made in my swing. I practice everyday and will continue to use it on a regular basis. If this is one of your problems, and you wish to improve on your swing I highly recommend this item. You wont be sorry you purchased it. It's worth every penny. Thank you Eileen's Bowling Buddy for all the great tools you make which can help a die hard bowler like me improve in the comfort of my own home.

after using it the first day, I realized just how bad my swing was.
After having multiple shoulder , foot and back surgeries, I needed help.
Because I can practice at home, I will hopefully be able to get back in bowling shape.
I am using it in conjunction with the alignment tool.
I'm not going to give up bowling just because of the injuries and being in my sixties!
